Shipping Charges
We offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd
Day Air, or US Mail to APO, FPO. We DO NOT offer Next Day Air service.
To protect our customers, orders purchased on credit cards, will be shipped to
credit card billing address only. If you want to have an order shipped to an
alternative shipping address you must notify your credit card company of the alternative
address so we can verify the validity of the address. To avoid delays with your order,
please provide us with correct credit billing address. We do verify ALL credit card
billing & shipping addresses. If your credit card billing address can not be
verified after 5 business days, your order will be canceled.
We will always attempt to ship your order immediately, sometimes though it can take up
to 2 business days upon verification funds and availability of product. Therefore,
please allow 2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped, this includes
any UPS 2nd Day, US Mail and UPS Ground packages. Our orders are processed during our
business hours Friday.
Allow 7-10 Working days for UPS Ground Service, 3-4 working days for UPS Express
Service.
Surplus Computers ships primarily within the United States. For all orders shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and any US Territories shipping costs are different. Surplus
Computers will E-Mail you these costs for approval before shipping the merchandise.
Please note, an accurate email address is extremely important. we use this email address
to send your order status, and shipping confirmation.
We only process international orders of $1000.00 or more and they must be prepaid with
wire transfer.
Shipping rates DO NOT apply to multiple orders of monitors or computer systems. Please

Orders which include non-credit card payments (Cashier's checks or Money Orders)
received without adequate shipping will not be processed. Orders with Cashier's Checks or
Money Orders will not be processed until funds are received in full (Including Shipping
Charges & Sales Tax if applicable).
Refused orders subject to 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
